Kith for BMW Chapter III

Kith for BMW Chapter III

We worked with Kith on the recent Kith for BMW Chapter III launch during Art Basel in Miami. The venue was 1111 Lincoln Road, a beautiful location designed by Herzog & de Meuron, whice provided us with a combination of stunning views and brutalist columns that cut through the skyline. It gave us the perfect back drop to work with the teams at Kith and BMW to launch the Chapter III cars and accompanying capsule collection.

THE PROJECT

Brand Partnerships work best when there is genuine appreciation and admiration between both parties, and this partnership is a perfect example of that.

Having witnessed this partnership evolve through chapters I & II, we were delighted to be invited to partner with Kith on the launch for Kith for BMW Chapter III.

POP UP ATTELIER

Our aim was to craft a retail space that seamlessly integrated with the raw beauty of the brutalist columns of the venue while maintaining its own distinctive presence. At the centre we designed and built a pop-up retail structure constructed from raw materials such as galvanized scaffolding and opal twin-wall polycarbonate.

These purposely wrapped around the existing columns, creating a design that felt as though it had naturally settled into the space, rather than being rigidly built around its architecture.

THE CARS

We loved finding out about the connection between Ronnie Fieg, Founder, CEO, and Creative Director of Kith and BMW and it was great to see the previous two chapters, and some of Ronnie’s collection, together in this stunning venue.

The cars were positioned along the perimeter, framed by the dramatic Miami skyline, transforming the cityscape into a breathtaking backdrop for the exhibition and launch evening.
